[Employer hidden] have an exciting opportunity for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to support Home Visiting Services across Norfolk.

In this role, you will be providing clinical assessments to patients of all ages, delivering high-quality care within community settings.

Home Visiting shifts are available in: Norwich, North Walsham, Dereham, Thetford, King’s Lynn, Fakenham, Great Yarmouth, Beccles, and Lowestoft.

Shifts are available 7 days week, with a range of flexible shift patterns are available.

Key Requirements

• Experience in assessing patients of all ages
• V300 Prescribing
• Level 7 Minor Illness or Advanced Physical Assessment
• Palliative care experience
• Verification of death competency
• Current NMC registration
