Care Navigator (Clinical Streaming)

[Employer hidden] is recruiting experienced Streaming Nurses/Urgent Care Practitioners to support an Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) in Manchester.

In this role, you will provide high-quality face-to-face Streaming and a quick clinical assessments for adult and paediatric patients, prioritising clinical need and ensuring timely and appropriate review based on patient presentation.

You will be an integral part of the UTC multidisciplinary team, supporting patient safety, effective communication, and strong clinical decision-making.

Requirements:

• Current NMC Registration
• Proven face-to-face (F2F) Streaming/Triage experience
• Previous Urgent Care / UTC experience
