[Employer hidden] has an exciting new opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join our Out-of-Hours Integrated Urgent Care Service.

This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment while making a real impact on patient care.

As an ACP you will:

• Provide autonomous assessment and management for patients aged 1 and above
• Utilise independent prescribing as an essential part of your role
• Work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary urgent care team
• Operate independently with access to senior clinical support when required
• Ideally hold a Digital Badge accreditation (desirable but not essential)

We are looking for:

• Fully qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a full MSc in Advanced Practice
• Proven experience and confidence in autonomous urgent care practice
• Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
