[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] has opportunities for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to join an Out of Hours (OOH) service in Runcorn.
As an Advanced Practitioner you will work within the OOH service, delivering high-quality, autonomous care to a wide range of patients.
You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs. You will diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating both drug and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan.
Prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national/local protocols and within scope of practice.
Shifts – Evening shifts during the week & full-day shifts available at weekends.
Skills / Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- MSc Advanced Practice or equivalent (desirable)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) (essential)
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 6 or 7 (essential)
- Experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care
