[Employer hidden] has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) / Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to support a GP practice in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

As an ANP/ACP, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications independently, and deliver high standards of patient-centred care.

We’re keen to speak with prescribers who are able to assess and treat both children and adults, are confident with face-to-face appointments, and have experience working within a primary care setting.

Client Requirements:

• NMC or HCPC Registered
• Must see from Birth
• Urgent Care experience
• MSc in Advanced Practice or Level 7 Assessment skills in APACS, Prescribing and Minor Illness and Injury
