Key Duties

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards
Collect, collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate patient records.
Administer medication and treatments
Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation
Monitor residents’ condition and escalate concerns
Support and guide care staff on shift

Requirements

NMC Registered
Palliative Care/End of Life experience
Syringe Driver experience
Handling medication
