[Employer hidden] has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) to support an Out of Hours service based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

We’re looking for Advanced Nurse Practitioners with urgent care or primary care experience to support our client in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical telephone triage, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care.
• Work closely with the medical and nursing leadership team to coordinate patient care.
• Review patients awaiting contact, actively identifying risks and signposting to appropriate services.
• Use a Red Flag triage approach to prioritise cases in line with service escalation plans (including elderly and palliative patients).
• Provide safe and effective transfer between clinical dispositions, applying strong clinical reasoning skills.

• Urgent Care / Primary Care Experience
• Msc in Advanced Clinical Practice, PGDip or Equivalent
• Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 6 or 7
• V300 Prescriber
• NMC Registered
