[Employer hidden] has an opportunity for highly skilled General Practice Nurses (GPN) to work across two GP Practices in Central London.

This role requires consolidation of specialist knowledge and skills in general practice nursing. This also includes demonstrating a depth of knowledge and understanding that supports evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

• NMC registered with a minimum of 2 years qualified experience.
• Primary Care Experience
• Cytology, Immunisations, Long-Term Conditions Monitoring/Management, Wound Management
• V300 is desirable but not essential
