Home Visiting shifts are available in: Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for ANP and/or ACP Prescribers to provide home visiting clinical assessments to patients of all ages, delivering high-quality care within community settings.
A range of flexible shift patterns are available.
Key Requirements
- Prescriber
- Experience in assessing patients of all ages
- Palliative care experience
- Verification of death competency
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
