[Employer hidden] has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to support Out of Hours services across Hertfordshire.

We have locum roles available in Borehamwood, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Stevenage, St Albans and Welwyn Garden City.

This role will involve visiting patients in their own Homes, Telephone Triage of patients as well as Face-to-Face appointments for patients that present with a range of minor illness and minor injury.

The service operates out of hours with shifts being available primarily in the evenings during the weekday and weekends.

To apply for this role:

• Assessment & Treatment of Minor Illness
• Assessment & Treatment of Minor Injury
• Prescribing
• Practical BLS/ALS within the last 2 years
• Out of Hours Experience (desirable)
• Advanced Clinical Practice Qualification or equivalent
• Hold a NMC registration.
