[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to support an Out of Hours (OOH) service in Peterborough. This role will involve visiting patients in their own Homes, Telephone Triage of patients as well as Face-to-Face appointments for patients that present with a range of minor illness and minor injury.

This role will involve visiting patients in their own Homes, Telephone Triage of patients as well as Face-to-Face appointments for patients that present with a range of minor illness and minor injury.
The service operates OOHs with shifts being available primarily in the evenings during the weekday and weekends.
To apply for this role:
- Assessment & Treatment of Minor Illness
- Assessment & Treatment of Minor Injury
- Prescribing
- Practical BLS/ALS within the last 2 years
- Out of Hours Experience (desirable)
- Advanced Clinical Practice Qualification or equivalent
- Hold a NMC registration.
