[Employer hidden] has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to support an Integrated Care Hub in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

We are looking for experienced ANPs/ACPs to deliver outstanding care to the community of St Albans.

In this role, you will assess and treat patients presenting to the Integrated Urgent Care Hub with acute and/or chronic illness or injury. You will autonomously undertake clinical assessments to determine diagnosis, initiate appropriate treatment, and ensure safe and effective discharge.

Drawing on your experience within an urgent treatment centre, emergency department, or minor injury unit, you will manage patients with complex and/or chronic conditions who have been triaged and referred by their own GP or NHS 111.

Requirements:

• NMC or HCPC registration
• Previous UTC, A&E or MIU experience
• Minor Injuries and Minor Illness qualifications
• Prescribing
• Advanced Clinical Practice Qualification or equivalent
