[Employer hidden] has opportunities for Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of healthcare services in Rotherham.

As an ANP/ACP you will play a vital role in providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients presenting with urgent and primary care needs.

You will utilise your advanced clinical skills to make informed decisions, prescribe safely, and ensure continuity of care across the urgent care pathway.

We are looking for ANPs/ACPs to work autonomously across the following services:

• Urgent Care – assessing and managing patients presenting to the UTC with minor illness and injury.
• Front Door Triage – triaging patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Primary Care – delivering same-day and routine appointments within the GP Practice.
• Telephone Triage – providing clinical advice via telephone and directing patients to the most appropriate care.
• Home Visiting Service – offering high-quality care to patients in the community.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Hold a NMC or HCPC registration
• MSc or PGdip in Advanced Practice
• Independent Prescribing
• Paediatrics from Birth
• Experience of working autonomously diagnosing and treating patients
