What the day will look like

  • Act as the senior point of contact for both corporate and individual Fine Art clients, providing guidance and support to less experienced Client Managers.
  • Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, delivering a concierge level of service to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term retention.
  • Identify and introduce relevant [Employer hidden] solutions that address each client’s needs, while effectively communicating client issues and priorities to the wider service team and other areas of [Employer hidden].
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers to enhance engagement and trust.
