  • Act as a coordination point for leadership activity, meetings, and communications
  • Anticipate priorities, manage challenging demands, and handle confidential matters with discretion

Business support & coordination

  • Support the delivery of leadership, client, and internal events
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations, briefing packs, and leadership materials
  • Track actions, decisions, and follow‑ups to ensure momentum and alignment
  • Support leadership meetings, team forums, and client-facing engagements
  • Connect across teams, regions, and functions to keep work moving efficiently

Broader contribution

  • Take on additional tasks aligned to business and leadership priorities
  • Find opportunities to improve ways of working, efficiency, and communication
  • Operate confidently in a global, professional environment

About you

  • A senior, experienced Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C‑suite or senior leaders
  • Comfortable working beyond a traditional EA remit into broader business support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished materials
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Trusted, discreet, and confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Foreign language capability is a strong advantage
  • An office‑based role (4 days per week in London)
