Description

We are looking for a music marketing professional to join the [Employer hidden] Services European marketing team as Marketing Manager (UK). The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented marketer with a passion for content, live events and partner marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead [Employer hidden] Music marketing for the UK market, defining local priorities and owning execution in alignment with global strategy, operating as part of a small European marketing team responsible for regional planning and delivery.
  • Develop and implement a strategic annual marketing plan for [Employer hidden] Music in the UK, balancing global strategy with local market nuances for both brand and key content.
  • Influence global marketing strategy by providing local insights and expertise.
  • Successfully pitch for and secure budget for local initiatives.
  • Own local activations from end-to-end, ensuring successful execution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Plan and execute consumer and partner activations and events tied to key local and international moments.
  • Identify, secure, and manage a portfolio of local marketing partnerships, including building relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective day-to-day execution.
  • Develop local growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Leverage data and local insights to craft and execute growth-driven marketing programs.
  • Serve as custodian of the [Employer hidden] brand, ensuring consistent and locally relevant communications.
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple international stakeholders (including editorial, business, marketing, and PR teams) to elevate [Employer hidden] Music priorities, build locally relevant campaigns, and serve as a spokesperson for local needs.
  • Remain hands-on with projects from beginning to end.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the music, media and entertainment landscape in the UK, including the creator economy, social media platforms, and emerging digital content trends
  • Proven experience in building and managing successful partner marketing programmes, with an established network of market relationships preferred
  • Track record in developing and executing high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns and events that resonate with audiences
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in measuring, optimising and reporting on ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Highly collaborative, with experience in working cross-functionally. Is able to navigate complexity and ambiguity to drive measurable results
  • Proactive self-starter, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive projects through to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise experience in content, entertainment or brand marketing, preferably with a focus on subscriptions
  • Experience in full 360° marketing initiatives—from strategy through execution—including events, above-the-line and performance/acquisition channels
  • Skilled in analysing and communicating results effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Exceptional social skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding project management, adept at balancing multiple priorities and delivering on deadlines
  • Ability to work with international peers collaboratively across timezones
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with talent management teams and agencies
  • Skilled in leading agency partnerships to develop and execute effective campaigns, ensuring creative excellent

  • Proficiency in English
