Bank Driver

Job Purpose:

As a Bank Driver, you will provide safe and timely transportation for young people and staff for appointments and day trips. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the drives, ensuring the comfort and safety of those in your care.

Main Tasks:

• Transport young people and staff to appointments as required
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, roadworthy condition
• Follow all health and safety and safeguarding procedures
• Provide a calm, supportive presence for young people during transport

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Previous professional driving experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
• A caring and professional approach when working with young people experiencing mental health difficulties

Note:

The role will be start asap, subject to DBS Enhanced checks and references.
