[Employer hidden] are excited to announce that we’re currently recruiting for a Talent Manager to join the team and head up both the Recruitment and Training teams across the business. Within this exciting new role you will be accountable for shaping the strategy and implementing solutions to support with the end to end colleague journey from attraction through to succession planning.

Role Responsibility
Training Responsibilities:
- Apprenticeships and Levy Management including the introduction of new department specific courses
- Accountability of the induction, on-boarding and 0-3 month initial training plan programme
- Creation, sourcing and delivery of new courses, including technical and soft skills
- Formation of career pathways to support our colleagues in their future with [Employer hidden] along with anticipation of future role requirements
- Implementation, development and overseeing of an e-learning platform, creating key training KPI’s for the wider business
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and leading the overall recruitment strategy to ensure delivery against all open and emerging talent needs across the UK
- Work in partnership with Internal and External stakeholders to provide, advise, direct and support with the recruitment strategy, providing a consistent and valid assessment process
- Initiate new methods of reach, integrating recruitment with marketing by leveraging innovative attraction programmes with colleges, local communicates and targeted social media campaigns
- Drive accountability across the Recruitment team aligning performance to support the overall business direction, goals and objective plans
- Budget control for the Recruitment department, maintaining excellent cost per hire initiatives and campaigns
- Assist Directors and other internal teams with the implementation of project work, including but not limited to, resource planning, financial plans and budgets, communication plans, board reporting and industry specific analysis
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of four years’ experience in either a senior L&D or Recruitment Manager role with proven experience of leading and managing teams.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and provide a consistent recruitment and training experience across the business
- Excellent leadership, coaching and management skills across multi-levels
- Able to create, deliver and oversee training and development programmes including apprenticeships and graduate placements using both internal and external resources
- Familiar with volume and niche recruitment campaigns, job boards and professional networks
- Confident in the implementation, use and development of various HR systems including ATS and E-Leading platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and multi skill in line with changing business priorities
