About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional modern British menus for high-end weddings and events (100+ covers).

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen management
  • Maintaining high food and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
  • Assisting with ordering, stock control and rota planning
  • Ensuring allergen compliance
  • Delivering beautifully presented dishes under pressure
  • Helping develop and test new menu ideas

We use Checkit food management systems (full training provided).

Some lone working required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in quality food-led kitchens
  • Experience with 100+ cover service
  • Passion for fresh ingredients and modern British cuisine
  • Calm, organised and professional under pressure
  • Team-focused with strong communication skills
  • Own transport (venue location)
  • Right to work full-time in the UK

Wedding or event catering experience is highly desirable.
