FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in Lewes is looking for a maintenencae support person to join our friendly team and to assit our Building manager onsite in our town centre exclsuive use Wedding & events venue. This position is part time, working 3 days per week between 8.00am and 3pm ( flexible) .usually Sunday,  Monday & Tuesdays until the end of the year.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Undertake minor repairs to fixtures and fittings., including a basic knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electrics and general Maintenance.
  • Subject to safety regulations, redecoration of any area of the busienssl, agreed as reasonable on instruction from the Building Manager.
  • Replace lamps and domestic fuses as required.
  • Regular testing for Legionnaires/ fire alarms/ emergency lighting and evidence testing.
  • Carry out minor repairs to venue equipment as agreed with the Building Manager.
  • Repair resources in venue as necessary.
  • *External Maintenance:**
  • Maintain cleanliness and general tidiness of all external hard areas.
  • to ensure effective and healthy operation in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
