Experience in working full project life cycles. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications. Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Minimum 5 years hands-on proven functional experience in CRM. Knowledge within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation; Knowledge of the Power Platform. Experience in implementing the latest version on Dynamics CRM / 365. Good Knowledge and understanding of writing specifications. Knowledge and experience of Customisation and Configuration. Experience in gathering requirements, and dealing with different levels of Stakeholder. The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services.
