FULL DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our Client Services team following a host of new customer acquisitions, one that embraces the holistic nature of digital services, from SEO and PPC through to Shopify and six-figure website builds.

Must have...

  • Ability to understand your client’s business and finances to be able to make informed decisions about digital marketing strategies
  • Four years of experience managing SEO, PPC, CRO and other digital marketing channels in an agency environment, alongside an understanding of high-performing websites and how they are built
  • Knowledge of all digital marketing and development to enable you to have high level strategic conversations with clients, and be capable of exploring opportunities with channel specialists
  • You’ll understand the customer journey and the impacts that can be made by actions at the right time and through the right channel
  • Excellent ability to build relationships and rapport, adapting your style to suit the situation and the person with whom you are communicating, with both colleagues and clients
  • Appetite to grow and develop your cross-channel marketing and development knowledge into expertise
  • Confidence to effectively prepare and present complex results and insights to C-suite level client contacts

And ideally...

  • Have experience in supporting clients undertaking web development projects
  • Google Analytics Certification
