FULL DESCRIPTION
Do you have a passion for creating joyful and meaningful experiences? Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of elderly individuals? At Meadowview, we are seeking an enthusiastic Night Care Assistant to join our already established team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents during the night in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist residents with mobility, toileting, and repositioning as required.
- Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks on residents.
- Respond promptly and sensitively to residents’ needs and requests.
- Maintain accurate night-time records and report any changes or concerns to the Team Leader or Nurse.
- Support with light domestic duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for the morning.
- Uphold residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts, remaining alert and responsive.
- Kind, patient, and compassionate approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
This is a part time posisiton.
