To support development and implementation of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]'s Health, Safety & Environment compliance programme across stores, logistics and home offices

You will:

  • Support SME's and Compliance managers to deliver a cost effective programme that migrates risk and ensures compliance
  • Ensure the compliance communication and implementation tools such as One [Employer hidden] and other related compliance material are reviewed and updated as required.
  • Assist with the development and writing of policies and procedures
  • Coordinate GNFR requests for operational compliance
  • Coordinate and support in the statutory inspection programme with service provider
  • Dealing with general Health, Safety and Environment related queries and admin
  • Coordinate communications plan to ensure timely delivery of communications to [Employer hidden]
  • Support with annual risk assessments

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on own initiative
- NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards)
- Change Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder analysis and engagement
