Accountancy Partner

Are you an entrepreneurial & practice-based Senior Manager/Director seeking an opportunity to showcase your business development skills by launching & growing a new accountancy practice? Our client is a leading Business Services Group with a turnover in the region of £15m which has seen continuous growth in excess of 20% per annum. With an enviable client base of businesses ranging from start-ups to overseas companies investing in the UK, the firm is seeking to leverage these growing number of clients by setting up an accountancy firm offering.

Accountancy Partner responsibilities include:

  • Leading the expansion of the accountancy side of the business
  • Developing client relationships as well as identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Leading client onboarding processes ensuring smooth transition
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss management
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of statutory accounts for limited companies

As an Accountancy Partner, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have over 6 years’ post-qualified experience
  • Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts clients
  • Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
