Audit & Accounts Supervisor – Hertfordshire – Top 20 Brand Firm – up to £57k

Are you an Audit & Accounts Senior looking for a step up to Supervisor level at a Top 20 Firm?

Our client is a 5 Partner chartered accountancy firm with nearly 50 employees based on a network of offices in Hertfordshire. With the benefit of operating as an independent firm but with the brand of a Top 20 firm, our client offers a supportive and flexible culture with prestigious clients and strong technical capability. Audit & Accounts Supervisor responsibilities include:

• Preparing the audit plan and ensure it appropriately addresses audit objectives
• Overseeing all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
• Communicating any audit issues to managers and partners
• Controlling the audit timescales, budgets and risk management procedures
• Supervise & review work of junior staff members when leading on audits

As an Audit & Accounts Supervisor, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have experience of leading audits from planning to completion
• Demonstrate the ability to lead staff during an audit
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a professional practice
