Are you a Personal Assistant or Office Manager seeking a new challenge? Do you want to work for a forward thinking and creative firm in the heart of London’s West End? Our client is a 12 Partner West End Accountancy Firm with an enviable list of clients, many of whom are in the media & entertainment and creative industries. One of the larger firms who still operate as a general practitioner, their team are trusted advisors to their clients and build strong relationships with them. If you love the creative industries and want to add value to your clients, whilst working in a fun and relaxed environment, this would be a great option.
Personal Assistant responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new clients on CRM software
- Managing and maintaining the AML requirements
- Monitor and responding to emails on behalf of the partner
- Diary management
- Liaising with clients competently both verbally and written
As a Personal Assistant you will be/have:
- At least 2 years working in a similar position as part of a professional services firm
- Great written & verbal communication
