Accounts Assistant
Our client, a fast-growing property investment company in North London (Zone 2) is seeking to recruit a junior accountant to join their outgoing and vibrant team. Reporting to the Finance Director this role would be a great fit for someone who is looking to develop their accounts career in a supportive and fun environment. The FD is based from the office every day and is looking for someone who is happy to be office based Monday to Friday.

As the successful candidate you will initially be responsible for:
- Raising or inputting of purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting the Finance director with ad-hoc tasks
- Preparing payments schedule
- Intercompany reconciliations
- CIS returns and VAT returns
- HMRC returns and companies house
You will not need to have experience of all of the above but you will:
- Ideally be studying for an accounting qualification
- Be computer literate with excellent Excel skills
- Have a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
