Outsourcing Semi-Senior

Are you an Outsourcing Semi Senior looking for wider exposure and clearer progression within a leading independent firm? Our client is a highly respected, independent two-partner firm based in High Wycombe, known for delivering a personalised, high-quality service to a diverse and loyal client base. The firm has a strong reputation for technical excellence, client care, and offering a supportive working environment with genuine autonomy and progression.

Outsourcing Semi-Senior responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts for clients from their records as delegated.
  • Post sales, purchases, bank and journal entries, prepare and reconcile control accounts to produce required reports for management account purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and highlight any unusual items ready for review.
  • Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT jobs carried out by other employees.
  • Communicating with clients to answer queries and finalise jobs.
  • Assist in training clients on accounting software.

As a Outsourcing Semi-Senior you will be/have:

  • ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first time passes)
  • At least 18 months experience including management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns
  • Demonstrate the desire to complete your qualification
