The Assistant Practitioner role involves assisting our Nurses with general nurse duties including medication, wound management, care planning, and leadership of care team.

This is an exciting new role, full of for us and for those looking to progress within the care sector.

You’ll have previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

*Hours: Full Time, Permanent. Shifts are 12 hours per shift*
