We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relations of our most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trust relationship with our portfolio of major clients.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Monitor customer feedback analysis to drive product development and account growth.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Support contract renewals process, through to customer acceptance and invoicing.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.

Competencies

  • Proven experience as an account manager.
  • Experience in sales and/or operations providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field is preferable.

Skills

  • Proficient user of Microsoft office.
  • Experience in use of an ERP system.
  • Experience in use of a customer support system.
  • DevOps is preferred, but not essential.
