We are seeking a hardworking, committed practitioner to join us in our journey as together, we can change lives!
Our pupils require, for September 2026, an inspiring and enthusiastic Head of Faculty for English. This individual will also be an Associate Member of the Senior Leadership Team, as well as overseeing the leads for whole school literacy and oracy, a vital position which oversees one of the crucial elements of our School Improvement Plan. We are looking for an outstanding specialist - a person with vision, energy and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to our overall success.

Compass Education Trust is currently engaged in discussions which are expected to result in the transfer of all schools to Harris Federation with effect from 1 September 2026. Any employment commencing from 1 September 2026 will not be directly impacted under TUPE, but if the proposed transfer proceeds, it is anticipated that your employment will commence with Harris Federation rather than Compass Education Trust. Further details will be discussed with you at the interview stage.
