We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
- Experience of trouble-shooting software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Experience of managing an ICT network effectively.
- The ability to procure, install and manage educational and office software.
- The ability to procure, install and manage educational and office hardware.

[Employer hidden] is a 5-form entry mixed secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds, which opened in September 2023. Like all Star schools, [Employer hidden] has a leadership specialism.

During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 150 pupils in Year 7. We will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year.
