What skills and experience we're looking for
Wilmington Academy is seeking to appoint a Director of Learning - Individuals and Societies. This allows an exceptional practitioner to move into a leadership role and receive fantastic support and CPD opportunities across the academy and wider Trust. Individuals and Societies is delivered as part of the MYP/IB framework, therefore, we are looking for applicants with experience in delivering this. The successful candidate will ideally be a Geography specialist.

You will be joining a collaborative and friendly team that delivers a diverse curriculum across all Key Stages:
- KS3: History, Geography, and Religious Studies.
- KS4: History, Geography, Health and Social Care and Sociology.
- KS5: History, Geography and Psychology.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
