• Hold QTS or QTLS status as appropriate with Knowledge of the National Curriculum Framework and Programmes of Study in Functional Skills, BTEC, GCSE and Post 16 courses.
• A good understanding of assessing progress of students within a specialist SEN environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to use common software applications; knowledge of best practices for protecting personal and organisation data; and an aptitude for adapting to emerging technologies.
• Above all, you will have a passion for teaching and working with students and the ability to drive them to be outstanding.
