We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. The Vice Principal plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, leadership, and day‑to‑day operational effectiveness of [Employer hidden]. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide decisive leadership across key whole‑school priorities, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes. You will be a visible, credible leader who leads by example, using data and insight to drive improvement and secure impact.

This role is suited to an ambitious and experienced leader with a proven track record of school improvement. You will inspire and develop leaders at all levels, promote a culture of accountability and professional growth, and ensure that students remain at the centre of every decision.
