We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. The Vice Principal plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, leadership, and day‑to‑day operational effectiveness of [Employer hidden]. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide decisive leadership across key whole‑school priorities, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes. You will inspire and develop leaders at all levels, promote a culture of accountability and professional growth, and ensure that students remain at the centre of every decision.
