What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join a highly motivated team. We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.

What the school offers its staff

As part of Catalyst Academies Trust, a high performing local MAT of five primary schools, you will benefit from support and shared planning. This will also provide the right candidate with opportunities for career development, including outreach work and ITT support work.
A £1,000 Catalyst welcome payment for successful candidates (teachers paid on Main Scale only) if you are appointed through a direct application to a Catalyst school (i.e. avoiding agency costs). This payment is allocated 6 months after you have been in post.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
