We are looking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to support the running of our House Office. A great chance to work with a strong, fun enthusiastic team, providing administrative and pastoral support to the house leadership and promote positive behaviour of all students.

We are looking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to support the running of our House Office. A great chance to work with a strong, fun enthusiastic team, providing administrative and pastoral support to the house leadership and promote positive behaviour of all students.
The opportunity
- Support the House Office with student attendance and punctuality.
- Administrative support for the House Office.
- Attend regular meetings with external agencies to provide the best support for students.
- Maintain a good relationship with parents and act as first point of call for parental enquiries.
- Assist the Assistant Principal, Senior Tutor, and Tutors in effectively implementing the behaviour management programmes for students
The ideal candidate
- Good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience of administration background, education and working with young people
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
- Knowledge of the need for confidentiality and awareness of child protection issues
- Flexibility of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
