Someone who has experience with administration processes, who will cope with a wide range of demands in a busy office environment. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will work alongside our school office team to ensure that the office continues to be highly effective.

Administration Assistant job summary
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our office team, someone friendly and welcoming who will be the face of our school, making visitors feel welcome. Someone who has experience with administration processes, who will cope with a wide range of demands in a busy office environment. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will work alongside our school office team to ensure that the office continues to be highly effective.
Our office is a busy and dynamic part of our school. We are a friendly team, co-ordinating all aspects of school life beyond direct teaching and learning.
The Admin Assistant role requires efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders. It will include meeting and greeting visitors to the school, assisting with managing our school attendance system, preparing letters, posters and flyers for all school events, ordering stock, processing school uniform orders and much more. The role is for 20 hours per week, start and finish times are negotiable but it must include Friday afternoons 38 weeks per year (term time only).
