Science Technician job summary

Our well-equipped science department supports a range of practical learning experiences across biology, chemistry, and physics. We are looking for a skilled and organised Science Technician to join our team and help ensure our labs run smoothly, supporting both teachers and students in their scientific endeavours.
As a Science Technician, you will be responsible for preparing equipement, materials, and chemicals for practical lessons, maintaining laboratory spaces, and ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed. You will play a key role in supporting the science department and facilitating practical learning experiences for students.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Science Technician with a passion for supporting scientific education. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of laboratory procedures, and the ability to support both students and staff in practical lessons.
