The candidate will need to nurture, guide, and motivate pupils, building strong relationships to help them reach their full potential. The role is full-time, permanent, and term-time only.

[Employer hidden] is looking to recruita positive, confident and hardworking Higher Level Teaching Assistant with proven experience in supporting children with behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to help all young children access inclusive learning, with particular skill in nurturing, guiding and motivating pupils who require additional behavioural support. They will be flexible, resilient and committed to building strong, trusting relationships that enable every child to reach their full potential.
