We are seeking a highly motivated Early Years Teacher to join our friendly and forward-thinking team to inspire, support and challenge children in their learning.

Consistently rated “Good” by Ofsted in our last 5 inspections [Employer hidden] is a centre for Teacher Training in Aylesbury schools providing excellent opportunities for staff to support trainee teachers and deliver high quality CPD for Initial Teacher Training.

About the candidate

We are looking for candidates who can display:

An enthusiastic commitment to the children and the school coupled with an ability to identify areas for self, pupil, or whole school improvement.

Excellent teaching skills and subject knowledge fuelling a dedication to raising attainment and progress in their classroom for all pupils.

Flair, imagination, creativity, flexibility and an ability to work effectively as part of a team, to embrace and embed new strategies and approaches across the school.
