Job role: Pastoral, health and welfare

Working pattern: Full time: Term time only, Monday to Friday 8.30 to 16.30 with a one hour unpaid lunchbreak
Contract type: Permanent
Pay scale: Salary: Grade 7 Point 23 £34,114 (Inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing Supplement)
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
- Be welcoming and professional when managing the centre
- Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
