What skills and experience we're looking for
Strong knowledge of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education
Substantial and successful experience of teaching SEND pupils
Experience of working with teams in planning the delivery of strategic objectives
Experience of leading people and teams in delivery of high quality teaching and learning
Experience of training and developing people
Experience of presenting and reporting orally and in writing to a very high standard
Experience of using data to identify insights and subsequent actions
