Assistant Principal Teaching & Learning job summary

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative Assistant Principal for Teaching & Learning, ideally with a subject specialism in Maths or Science. This pivotal leadership role will focus on shaping and driving excellence in classroom practice across the school, with a particular emphasis on securing strong outcomes in core subjects. The successful candidate will be a highly effective practitioner with a deep understanding of evidence-informed pedagogy and a proven track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.

They will lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning strategies, support and coach staff at all stages of their careers and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
