Working pattern Part time: Approximately 10 hours per academic year. Governors visit the school 3 times a year: visits last approximately one hour. Governors meet approximately 3 times a year for governing body meeting which last approximately 1.5 hours. Additional meetings with the headteacher would make up at least 2hours per year.

Northlands Primary is a medium sized school with 210 students. The school is in excellent condition and our recent OFSTED (April 2025) suggested the school had no areas for improvement. We - of course- strive to improve our offer relentlessly and want your help to do it! We are an Local Authority school and proud of what we have, and continue to achieve, in this format.
