An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are now recruiting for an Operations Manager who will provide a high level of strategic and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team. This senior role is central to the smooth and effective operation of the school and directly supports the drive to raise standards of student achievement. The postholder will lead the provision and line management of efficient and effective business and support services, taking delegated responsibility for the leadership, development and performance of all support staff while ensuring teaching staff receive high-quality administrative and technical support. As a key contributor to strategic and operational planning, the Operations Manager will help embed a high-performing culture within a healthy, motivated and ambitious workforce. The role also ensures the school meets all legal and regulatory responsibilities through robust management, strong forward planning and the implementation of effective systems, policies and procedures.
