We are seeking an inspirational teacher committed to high academic standards who can communicate to young people an enthusiasm for English. We are looking for a dynamic second in our English department to work closely with our experienced Head of English. The school is at an exciting time, as we plan to open our doors to Year 7 and 8 pupils from September 2026. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague and are particularly interested in someone with a passion for developing our Key Stage 3 curriculum in readiness for our new pupils. Literacy is a key focus for the school and we know this will also be a strong strand as we grow.

The successful candidate would be expected to have a passion for learning and teaching, together with the skills to inspire and motivate our learners to achieve the very best they can and to lead the effective delivery of an outstanding English curriculum alongside the Head of English.
