What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and a wide range of teaching strategies
- Have knowledge and experience of teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Have high expectations of pupils to ensure they reach their potential
- Be creative in their approach to teaching and learning
- Be committed to collaborative learning and ongoing professional development
- Be supportive of the Academy’s approach to Emotion Coaching
