FULL DESCRIPTION

Student Engagement and Enrichment Co-ordinator

Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Engagement and Enrichment Co-ordinator to lead the implementation and development of student engagement, enrichment programs, and the college's cultural capital. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate young people. Experience in a college setting is advantageous.

  • Working pattern: Full time (Can be done as a job share): 37 hours per week, term time only Normal hours of work will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday, but a flexible approach to scheduling work time is essential, as occasional evening or weekend work will be required to cover college events.

  • Pay scale: SFCA Support Staff Pay Spine, Points 12 - 14 (£29,544 to £31,324 per annum pro rata) Actual starting salary £25,836.84 per annum (based on an FTE of £29,544 per annum)

At our Stockton Sixth Form College site, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to work within the Student Services Team to lead on the successful implementation, continued development and day to day running of student engagement, the enrichment programme and the cultural capital of the college.

You must be able to communicate with people at all levels, have excellent organisation skills and be able to relate to, motivate and enthuse young people.

Experience in delivering engaging enrichment sessions in a college setting and/or knowledge of student union processes would be an advantage.

Normal hours of work will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday, but a flexible approach to scheduling work time is essential, as occasional evening or weekend work will be required to cover college events.
